Room for mental health - "Flow" yoga studio

Health is the first and most important necessity of a person who determines his or her job capabilities and ensures harmonious personal development.. Mental health is an emotional, psychological and social welfare. One of the techniques for improving mental health is physical activity through yoga lessons. Yoga is a lesson/ritual focused entirely on the health of someone's inner world and feelings. Problem - When studying and visiting a yoga studios, author concludes that Latvia lacks quality spaces for this activity. Yoga studios are available in Riga, which offer a service - yoga lessons, but their interiors do not help visitors to enjoy visual and tactile experience in the room. Solution - Creating an interior design project for rooms on A.Saharova Street 3a, which will contribute to wellbeing and will be visually appropriate.
