The aim of the website raižplēsis.lv is to help to reduce the anxiety of pediatric patients and their parents when visiting medical facilities by providing distraction techniques, explaining the most worrisome procedures and allowing them to prepare for their visit at home.

During the process, we consulted and interviewed medical specialists, drew technical sketches, the main character, buttons, wordmark, etc., which we then developed digitally, and conducted user tests with children, parents and medical specialists.
